Using the fun and highly interactive Phonics Factory program, students develop strong reading readiness skills. Students learn letter recognition, letter sounds, rhyming & other important phonemic awareness skills. Connections to literature through award-winning literature complete this exciting class! Using award-winning literature, projects & hands-on activities, students develop literacy, pre-reading, phonics and writing skills! Activities build hand & finger strength while working on art, tracing, cutting, games and activities to improve skill development. $250/ 12 weeks |

Using the fun and interactive Phonics Factory 2 program, students use their letter sound and phonemic awareness skills to spell and decode phonetic words. An infusion of sight words allows students to begin reading various texts, and write phrases & sentences, which they record in journals. Tuesdays & Thursdays $325/ 12 weeks |

Using fun, thematic activities, this class builds reading & spelling skills with consonant blends, digraphs & chunks, long & short vowels. Students apply their skills with writing activities, including paragraphs, stories, riddles, poems, and journals. The last half hour focuses on building grade-appropriate math skills through themed activities, board games and other hands-on learning experiences. 12 weeks- $250 (Read & Write), $50 (Math add-on) |
